Market Learning Manager – Randstad NA

Joely began her career with Randstad staffing projects for the 1996 Olympics and Paralympics. She has worked with Atlanta’s top hotels and caterers and staffed events such as The Bell South Golf Classic and The Nationwide Golf Tournament and became the On-site Agent for Randstad Talent at Rollins, Inc. In her current role, she trains internal employees on sales, contract negotiations, developing client relationships and providing employment solutions.

A graduate of The University of Georgia with a degree in Criminal Justice,
Joely previously ran the Employment Screening Department as an Investigator for Macy*s Divisional Security. She has been actively involved with non-profit organizations since college, volunteering for Project Safe of
Athens, a shelter and support group for battered women. She has held
positions on the Board of Directors for The American Heart Association and
Our House, a support group for battered women in Polk County, Georgia.
Joely raised over $4,200 and walked 60 miles for the Avon 3-Day to fight
breast cancer and has most recently volunteered her time at The Carter
Center.
